Delivery
First Class Mail is used for delivery inside the UK and Air Mail for delivery overseas. Goods offered for sale are in stock, orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually on the first working day the order is received.

Payment should be by cheque in £ Sterling drawn on a UK bank or International Giro.

Software compatibility
Programs described as for RISC OS will only run on a computer using RISC OS i.e. not on a PC/Windows, Mac or Linux machine.
Programs described as for Windows will run on a PC using Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7.

Upgrading
New versions of programs appear from time to time. You can upgrade your copy of a program for free (unless stated otherwise), by returning the original disc along with return postage or by downloading the upgrade from this web site.
